The Red Ribbon Club of the college in collaboration with GMC Baramulla organized International Youth Day under the aegis of Meri Maiti Mera Desh” on 12^th August, 2023 to celebrate 77^th Independence Day. The program was inaugurated by the Worthy Principal Prof. Kowsar Jan.  The invited guest speakers were Dr. Masroor Ahmad and Dr. Ghulam Hassan  GMC Baramulla.  Dr. Masroor delivered an awareness lecture on Blood donation and its significance. Dr. Ghulam Hassan spoke on HIV infections, its causes and prevention. Both the Invited speakers discussed various aspects of the issues, concerns and solutions of blood donation and HIV infection and gave thoughtful, scientific and moral lectures on the said topic. The lectures were followed by healthy interactive sessions with the students. The doctors satisfactorily answered all the queries.  Prof. Mohd Yaqoob moderated the session and Dr. Khursheed Ahmad Wani presented Vote of thanks.
