In continuation with the series of activities conducted under SVEEP, the Electoral Literacy Club of GDC Thindim Kreeri conducted an awareness lecture on September 3, 2024, to popularize the mobile applications developed by the Election Commission of India. The students were apprised about the uses of the applications like SAKSHAM, CVIGIL, Voter Helpline App, and Know Your Candidate App. The students downloaded the apps on their android phones and learnt the features made available over these applications like registering as a voter, knowing the profile of the candidate, reporting the violations of the Model Code of Conduct, and so on. The awareness lecture was also delivered by Dr. Zahid Hussain under the leadership of the Worthy Principal Prof. Kowsar Jan.
