NSS Unit of Government Degree College Thindim Kreeri organized a webinar on the Awareness of Lymphatic Filariasis  on 22^nd of February 2024 under the supervision of Worthy Principal Prof. Kowser Jan Peerzada.  All the faculty members, students and NSS Volunteers participated in the webinar. The seminar started with the welcome address of Dr. Syed Mustafa (IQAC coordinator) who highlighted the basic objectives of this programme.  Dr S M Zuber, Assistant Professor, GDC Kulgam was the Guest speaker who described the causes, symptoms and treatment for the Lymphatic Filariasis. The speaker also discussed the preventive measures that can be taken to avoid this dreadful disease. Program concluded with voted of thanks extended by Mr. Mohd Iqbal Magray.
