Govt Degree College Thindim Kreeri celebrated 77^th Independence Day on 15^th August, 2023 with colorful activities. The event was attended by all staff, students and local participants. The flag was hoisted and unfurled by Worthy Principal Prof. Kowsar Jan and took salute at the March while the National Anthem was sung proudly by the college students. The NCC parade contingent was led by Mr. Abu Waleed Shah. This was followed by a series of events viz., College Tarana, Cultural programs, patriotic songs, speeches, Ladi Shah, Drama etc performed by students with great enthusiasm and perfection. Speaking on the occasion Prof. Kowsar Jan paid tribute to all the National Heroes who fought for this country for achieving freedom.  The event was organized by Debates and Seminar Committee in collaboration with NSS unit of the college. Prof. Syed Mustafa Shah (NSS Program Officer) coordinated all the programme activities along with Dr. Khursheed Ahmad  Wani and Prof. Mohd Yaqoob.  Sweets were distributed among all the participants. The Programme concluded with certificate distribution by Worthy Principal among all the participants.
