Career Counselling Cell of Government Degree College Thindim Kreeri successfully concluded one-week orientation course on “Employability/Transferable Skill Training Programme,” sponsored by Mahindra Naandi Foundation, Hyderabad, India on 10^th September 2024. The programme commenced on 5^th September, 2024 and was attended by 50 female students of the college.  The programme focussed on equipping the students with essential skills and abilities needed for seeking jobs in Government and Corporate sector.  The programme witnessed 14 sessions wherein Mr. Sajad Mohammad (Trainer, Mahindra Naadi) the resource person covered various aspects of employability skills, including communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and professional etiquette.  On the eve of valedictory session i.e. on 10^th September 2024 two participants. Kajal Hamid and Ruqiya Akhter of BG 1^st Semester presented a detailed report of the proceedings of the week long course. The participants were felicitated with certificates and mementos. Mahindra Naandi Foundation presented Mementos and certificates to the worthy Principal, Prof. Kowsar Jan and Programme Coordinator, Dr. Khursheed Ahmad Wani for the cooperation and support extended by the college in conducting this programme.
