In continuation with month long celebrations of “My Constitution My Pride” Department of
Political Science, GDC Thindim Kreeri organized an enlightened awareness program on
Fundamental Rights in the seminar room of the college on 23rd of November, 2023 and was
attended by all the students and faculty members of the college. The speaker Dr. Sabia Bashir
(Political Science) spoke at length on The Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles of State
Policy and Fundamental Duties as sections of the Constitution of India that prescribe the
fundamental obligations of the Govt to its citizens and the duties and the rights of the citizens to
the Nation. While elaborating the topic speaker delved into various dimensions engaging
participants in thought provoking discussions. Dr Sabia offered valuable insights and
perspectives during the session enriching the discourse on the subject matter. The programme
was conducted under the supervision of Worthy Principal Prof. Kowser Jan Peerzada
