Today on 23^rd March 2024, NSS Unit in collaboration with NCC Unit of GDC Thindim Kreeri conducted orientation programme on “Assisting Elderly and Physically Challenged Voters” in the upcoming Lok Saba Elections 2024.  All the NCC and NSS Volunteers of the College attended the program. Prof. Syed Mustafa Shah (Nodal Officer SVEEP) motivated Volunteers and Cadets to remain present during the elections and help the elderly and disabled persons by providing them physical and mental support on the day of elections.   Prof. Mohd Yaqoob (ANO) stressed on the need for providing support to elderly and disabled persons that will enhance voter turnout. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Khursheed Ahmad Wani (NSS Programme Officer) under the guidance of Worthy Principal Prof. Kowsar Jan.
