Govt Degree College Thindim Kreeri organized series of events to celebrate JK UT foundation Day under the patronage of worthy Principal Prof. Kowser Jan Pirzada on 28^th of October 2023.  NSS Unit and Eco Club of the college in collaboration with Department of Political Science organized various programs viz., Quiz Competition, Awareness lecture on role of libraries in political system, Pledge on Ekta Diwas. The proceedings initiated with welcome address presented by worthy Principal Maam in which she cordially welcomed all the gatherings, especially guests from public library Kreeri and Wagoora.

Students of different semesters participated in quiz competition on UT foundation Day. The participants were divided into three groups A, B and C in which Group A lead by Bisma Yousuf obtained first position and the Groups C bagged the second positions.   

The programme ended with pledge ceremony on Rashtriya Ekta Diwas which was administered by Prof. Syed Mustafa. The Programme was coordinated by Dr. Sabia Bashir (Political Science) and moderated by Dr. Khursheed Ahmad Wani (Assistant Professor Environmental Science).
