The NCC wing of the college in collaboration with the Department of Political Science organized the essay competition on Freedom Movement of India under the aegis of 77^th Independence day celebrations on 8^th August, 2024. The primary objectives of the essay competition were to enhance the understanding of the Freedom Movement among students and to provide a platform for students to express their views and interpretations of the freedom struggle. Sabreena Hameed, Kajal Hameed and Junaid Ahmad Khanday bagged the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd position in the competition.
