Department of Environmental Science in collaboration with National Institute of Securities Market: An Educational Institute SEBI organized an interactive session on ““Financial Education for Young Citizens” in the seminar hall of this college on 7^th October, 2023 under the supervision of Worthy Principal Prof Kowser Jan Perzada.  The program was inaugurated by the Dr. Khursheed Ahmad Wani who formally welcomed the guest speakers. The invited guest speaker was Dr. Altaf Ahmad Dar from National Institute of Securities Market.  The speaker discussed the topic of Financial Education for Young Citizens in detail. He also highlighted that financial literacy is key to help young people to manage money effectively so that they can become financially stable, build assets and achieve their personal goals. Prof. Mohd Yaqoob (Assistant Professor, English) moderated the session.
