On the occasion of World Blood Donation Day, NSS unit in collaboration with Red Ribon Club of GDC Thindim Kreeri organized “Awareness Cum Medical Checkup Programme on 14^th June 2023 under the supervision of Worthy Principal Prof. Kounsar Jan. Block Medical Officer Kreeri provided technical support in conducting the programme. Principal Prof. Kounsar Jan inaugurated the programme and highlighted the importance of blood donation and provided inputs regarding importance of being well versed about different blood groups. The medical team comprised of Dr. Uffaq , Dr. Aliya, Ms Jabeena Banoo along with other paramedical staff. Medical team presented power point presentations about the significance of the day and elaborated various issues and benefits of blood donation. The team conducted medical checkup of all the students and distributed  medicines among the students in the recently established health centre in the college.  Prof Syed Mustafa IQAC coordinator conducted the proceedings.
